Effect TVL
I did not think to incorporate this tutorial because it is very simple and that is published in very many pages out there, but as several people have asked me about this effect, and to answer them all at once (I’m just a little lazy) is that, here is the explanation.
Step 1.
Create a new document 1 pixel wide by two high, and background transparent. Then, take the tool Pencil and a tip 1×1 pixel in size, draw a black square on the pixel above Select all (CTRL + A), and we will Edit / Define Pattern
Step 2.
Then open the image you want to apply the effect that you look and this mode RGB (Image/Mode/RGB Color). Then create a new layer to your picture (Layer/New/Layer).
Step 3.
We double click on the tool Paint Bucket (Jar Painting) and change the fill mode Foreground to Pattern. Then we click on the layer we created earlier and filled the entire Pattern we created in the first step.
Step 4.
We shall just change the rendering mode of the Layer of Normal to Soft Light and ready. Remember if you want the effect to be a little softer, you can always lose some level of transparency of the Layer.
