1. Create a new document as RGB up and create a new layer (or layer) in Layer / New / Layer … and pressing ENTER or by pressing the new layer icon. With the text tool type in the text you want.


2. Earn 1 click on the arrow that is in the upper right corner of the Layers window and Select Duplicate Layer … and accepted. Activate the layer where you find the text (Layer 1) and chose Image/Adjust/Hue/Saturation (Ctrl + U). Move adjustment of the Lightness to -100 to return the black text.


3. Notice that the box that says Preserve Transparency is not checked (this is important). Holding the key ALT and the cursor arrows on the Layer move 3 pixels to the right and three pixels down.


4. Finally Removed Filters/Blur/Gaussian Blur with a value of 1-3 pixels, depending on the text size (2 pixels for this example). There, now highlights the text otherwise…
